| We utilize High-tech CAM (Computer
Aided Machine) from ENVISIONTEC, GERMANY for RPT. The
PERFACTORY system from ENVISIONTEC builds 3D object from
liquid ceramic resin & using a projector known as
Digital Light Processor or DLP Projector, which built
excellent finish & hard model suitable to vulcanize
rubber for better gold & other metal casting. Perfactory
system ensure accurate geometric measurements of your
CAD Data. |
BENEFITS OF COST & TIME

| Prototype can be finished on buffing
wheel and make a mould of RTV & vulcanizing rubber also
(by applying gradual pressure with care ,some R & D
require). We can save labor cost & time by using this
RPT instead of silver master model. |
DELIVERY
